RETURN & REFUND  POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Window:

Return Process

  2. Approval:

    • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Shipping:

    • Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at 1lumorehome@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
