Domestic Shipping

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Same-day Shipping: Within 24-hours (Subject to availability)

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping (Small pouch): ₱65

  • Standard Shipping (Medium pouch): ₱125

  • Standard Shipping (Large pouch): ₱165

  • Same-day Shipping via Lalamove, Grab Express, or Angkas Padala: Shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the package. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link or by visiting our website and entering your tracking number in the "Track Order" section.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at 1lumorehome@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
